Office Hours

You can order online 24 hours a day, but if you need to speak with us our office hours are 9 am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.Any emails or phone messages received outside these hours will be responded to as quickly as possible, usually the next working day, please note that all Victorian Public Holidays are observed- this can effect delivery and response times so please keep this in mind.
