Terms and Conditions

Master and Miss will exchange or refund goods within 14 business days of receipt of goods. Goods can be returned or exchanged as long as they have not be worn or damaged , and all tags are still attached. This does not include SALE ITEMS.  All sales items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

 Master and Miss will accept the delivery costs to return the item but you must notify us within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for.  Master and Miss will then provide instructions on how to return the goods to our warehouse.  Details can be obtained either by telephone on 1300 850 685 or by email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Please ensure you retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
